We’re back with our monthly podcast as we select the best new alternative music.

DIIV release their new album Is the Is Are and we lead with the excellent “Under the Sun”.

Their Captured Tracks labelmates Wild Nothing have put out the dreamy “Reichpop” and Gwenno returns with the fantastic “Fratolish Hiang Perpeshki”.

Night Flowers DJ at our next club night and we feature their unreleased track “Chaser”. Parquet Courts are back with “Dust” and there’s new songs by two of our favourite bands Papernut Cambridge and Flowers.

Islands release “Back Into It” whilst Sweet Baboo have a new EP called Dennis and we lift “Blowing Up My Mind” from it plus there’s the latest from Beirut, The Spook School and Witching Waves.
