Born in East London, Flora Hibberd left the capital behind for her current life in Paris. Back in 2022, she signed with the American label 22Twenty and has gone on to perform on Cerys Matthews’ BBC 6 Music show, as well as sharing stages with the likes of Will Sheff, Steve Gunn and Porridge Radio.

For her debut album, Swirl, out later this year, Flora decamped to Eau Claire, Wisconsin to work with producer Shane Leonard and a team of musicians who’ve previously played with the likes of Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver and Taylor Swift. Placing her remarkable voice at the core of her heart-stirring take on contemporary folk, Flora Hibberd seems to be an artist without limits, sparse, beautiful and not to be missed.

Hailing for South London, Siblings formed in the heatwaves of 2022, creating a modern take on folk-rock, with elements of psychedelia and the underlying inspiration of 70s singer-songwriters like Carol King and Leonard Cohen. Back in November, the band shared their debut EP, In Heaven, a four-track introduction to Sibling’s world, rich with themes of loss and longing. With an expansive live show promising to make harmony the key, expect Siblings to bring a blast of Californian sunshine to cut through that early spring chill.
